How long does the application process take?

The time will vary depending on the size of the queue and the amount of time it may take for the applicant to gather relevant information to the loan request such as lease agreements, buy sell agreements, incorporation documents, financial statements etc.

We will provide an expectation of time upon receipt of the online form submission.

How much do your services cost?

All services provided by Community Futures are free, except for lending programs which have loan fees and interest charges.

Are you a bank or a Government agency?

Neither, Community Futures Entrepreneur Fund is an independent non-profit corporation run by a local Board of Directors that provides financial and non-financial assistance.

Do you provide business grants?

Community Futures Entrepreneur Fund provides loans to help you start, expand, or maintain a business with the eligibility requirement that you are unable to receive full or partial financing from a bank or credit union.
